Kelly called the Customer Care Dept. to say how impressed she was with the service she received at Peter Warren, both from Elias Issa and Peter Bryant.
She said she had never purchased a new vehicle before and from the time of her initial phone call she received a very professional and friendly service and she particularly liked the fact the Elias was not pushy as she had found in other dealerships she had contacted.
Kelly said she was also impressed that Peter called her within an hour of her initial call to Elias with regard to finance.
She appreciated the time that was spent with her when she came in for a test drive and commented on how patient Elias was with her. She mentioned that the vehicle was not in stock and had to be sourced and she was kept informed of every step along the way.
Kelly said she would recommend Peter Warren to anyone purchasing a vehicle and would definitely return to our dealership herself.
